A. Find 1RM high bar back squat
+
5 sets:
30 UB wallball
30 battling chains double arm chop
30 UB double unders
rest 2 min

A. 435 PR high bar
+
1st set was fine, not too much trouble
2nd one getting tougher
3rd was probably enough for the day
4th one was dry heaving
5th one knocked me out and gave me a headache-had to break wallball at 25, mentally weak on that one, no other reason...
